- 4 cups of water
- 5 medium size lemons
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of raw honey
- Optional: mint ice cubes

Lemonade prepared with previously said ingredients has following nutritional values. Calories are at 63 kcal, carbohydrates 19g , 1g protein, 12mg sodium. Furthermore, it contains 3g of fibers and 11g of sugar.
Begin by heating 4 cups of water so that it boils. In meantime squeeze enough lemons to gain 3/4 cup of lemon juice. Also, wash mint leaves to make sure that they are clean and purified. Once water boils add mint sprigs to it and mix it well. Do not add honey at this stage, as it loses its health benefits on high temperature. Once boiling water fully releases aroma snd taste of mint leaves, let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Next step is to combine minted water with lemon juice, after which you will add 2 tablespoons of raw honey. Stir again until honey blends with the mixture. As the last touch for the lemonade, add ice cubes. Preferably mint ice cubes. Depending if you prefer sweet or sour taste, you may change the ratios of honey and lemon.
