According to ‘The Complete Book of Ayurvedic Home Remedies‘ by Dr. Vasant Lad, for this remedy you need honey, hot water and apple cider vinegar. For it, he claims that: “This drink helps to reduce cholesterol, maintains vasodilation, and helps to regulate blood pressure.”
To a cup of hot water add 1 teaspoon of raw honey and 5 to 10 drops of apple cider vinegar. Mix it all together and drink it early in the morning. Drinking this daily will lead to lowering the blood pressure. Make sure to not overdo it! Wish you best!
