For this simple Remedy for Arthritis and pains in joints you will need following ingredients: 200g/7oz of ginger, 1 lemon, 5 tablespoons of honey and 400 ml/13.5oz of water.

Preparation and use of Remedy for Arthritis and Pains in Joints

For the first step you need to peel and cut ginger into tinny pieces. Put all of it into water and heat on stove until it reaches boiling point. Once it starts boiling, lower the stove temperature and keep it for 5 more minutes. Afterwards, remove it from the stove to cool down for 20 minutes.

Once those 20 minutes pass, and ginger has cooled down you need to strain the liquid through cheesecloth or any similar method to gain pure liquid. In this liquid add lemon slices and 5 table spoons of honey. If it is still too sour for you, you can add few more honey to sweeten it.

Drink 1 cup per day.
